1. Find a Good Location

To have some sense of normality, set up a desk that’s away from your bed.

When you’re not bound by the decorum of a professional workplace, a five-minute phone break can quickly turn into an hour of mindless scrolling. Limit your phone use when you’re working. Instead, listen to music or do some apartment-friendly stretches.

10. Stick to Usual Working Hours
