Upon completion of the eTest
battery, a customized report is emailed to your hiring manager, providing
in-depth psychological analysis of the candidate's work-related
characteristics. There are two separate reports that can be produced,
depending on your company's needs. These reports are detailed below.
The Interview Guide consists of a narrative description of the
individual, a set of Targeted Interview Probes (TIPs) and a profile of
scores. It is used to help those charged with making hiring decisions narrow
their focus in further interviews and reference checks.

report is written for the job candidate. It is your
choice, as the sponsor company, whether or not to share this
information with the candidate. The Developmental Report is an abbreviated
version of the Interview Guide. It provides a narrative description
of the candidate's personality traits, a set of developmental suggestions
and a score profile.
Other reports are constantly being developed. Depending on the scope of
your hiring needs, you may wish to develop custom reports and job scales.
